Plan 1.5, in collaboration with Myanmar Policy Institute, Global Forest Coalition, Gibson Climate Justice Lab, and Biofuelwatch, published a report, Carbon Credits Under Fire: Myanmar, Crimes Against Humanity, and the Crisis of Credibility Facing the UN's "High-Integrity" Carbon Markets.

The report is the first comprehensive analysis of the local situation in Myanmar and finds human rights and environmental issues associated with the cookstove distribution project by the Climate Change Centre. The cookstove project became the first case in which its emission reduction was issued under the Paris Agreement Carbon Mechanism(PACM).
